Winplot

  To install Winplot:

1. Download Winplot at

 http://math.exeter.edu/rparris/winplot.html

Click on the word Winplot at the top of the screen.

Select save to disk.

Choose a place where you can find the file, like the desktop.

Select OK.

2. Install Winplot.

Run the file you just downloaded.

Choose where you want it to install Winplot.

Click on Unzip, then OK.

3a. With Netscape:

Click on one of the Winplot files on the previous page.

When Windows says it cannot open this file, select "select program from list" and click on OK.

If Winplot doesn't show up on the list, click on Browse and look for Winplot in the folder you installed it into. By default it went into C:\peanut.

Click on OK until it has loaded the file.

From here on Winplot files should automatically load when clicked on.

3b. With Internet Explorer:

Click on one of the Winplot files on the previous page.

Click on "Save".

Save the file to a place you can remember where it is, like the desktop.

Then either from the desktop or Windows explorer, right-click on the file, and select "open with".

If Winplot is not given as an option, select "choose program...", and then choose Winplot.

From here on you will still have to save the file to your computer, but then you can just open the file like normal.

If any of the text runs together, drag the text to a better place with the left button.
