*You should begin these assignments on the first page of each chapter and work through the page(s) listed above, printing or saving as necessary (depending on whether you are in an on-campus or online class).

**Data Disk files can be downloaded from SCsite  (see inside back cover of book) or from campus computers: G:\Datalib\CGS2108.  Access files copied from campus are in "Read Only" format.  Once copied to your disk, right click on the appropriate file, go to properties and turn the "read only" feature off.

All objects you create or modify must be saved to indicate what they are and who you are (ie: the Client table could be named - Client-SEK - using your name or initials, not mine:).  That label becomes the header on the table/query/report and provides lots of info to the grader! Forms and Reports have headers/footers that can be modified in Design View with your name and chapter info. Also, re-size tables and print in landscape to insure they fit on one page.... Print Preview first to make sure everything is as it should be.

On-Campus students should make sure all printouts fit on one page!  When  printing a table, check print preview first.  If it doesn't fit on one page, change the page setup to landscape and re-size columns as necessary!

Online students don't print; submit final two files: JSP Recruiters and BeachCondo Rentals once you finish Chapter 6/Case 2.  All the above items/objects should be included in those completed files if you continue through each chapter accordingly.

Make sure you use the concepts and techniques taught in the chapter on your cases to insure full credit is earned.  Even though I may have you save or print a file before the end of the chapter, you are responsible for continuing through the book and knowing all material presented.
