The Sunrise Problem

Estimate how long it will take the sun to rise from sunrise to
an angle of 60 degrees above the horizon.
What assumptions are made in
this question that would make the answer an "estimate" at best, and at worst
entirely invalid?
By the way, isn't it GREAT to see MATH all around us in
life?? EVEN IN SUNRISES!!!
