1. Click this link to download a self-contained zip file (.ex) of the student files. Locate the .exe file you downloaded and double click it. The WinZip Self-Extractor window (Figure 1) will be displayed.

2. Click the Browse button. The Browse for Folder window (Figure 2) will be displayed.

3. Click the disk drive name that corresponds to your USB flash drive. Then click the OK button. The WinZip Self-Extractor window will be displayed again.

4. Click the Unzip button. You should receive a brief notice that files are being unzipped. The completion confirmation window (Figure 4) will appear.

5. Click the OK button. The WinZip Self-Extractor window (Figure 5) will be displayed again.

6. Click the Close button. You will now have a new folder on your USB flash drive named Word. If you open this folder you will see three folders – Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and Chapter 3. These folders contain the student files you need for each chapter.
