You must complete at least one exercise from the Learn It Online section at the end of each chapter in the Discovering Computers textbook. There are 8 chapters so you will complete 8 exercises - one from each chapter. You also need to complete an additional 2 exercises from any two chapters (1 through 8) for a total of 10. The categories in the first column below will be the same for each chapter. The second column below tells you what you should submit to your instructor on the assignment due date. Note that you should not select some of the exercises. These are indicated below.

Make sure the grade book display Discovering Computers 2009, Practice Test followed by the chapter number. You must pass the practice test with an average of 70% to receive credit. You may take the practice test as many times as you like. |

Play the game. View the online Learn It Online grade book. Make sure the grade book display Discovering Computers 2009, Computer Genius. You must achieve a score of at least 70% in the Computer Genius game. You may play the game as many times as you like. |
